Creator Rights Policy

Bottom line: You keep full ownership of everything you upload. We never claim rights to your content.

Creators retain full ownership of all content they upload to NovaReelOS — including videos, images, captions, and thumbnails. Uploading content does not transfer ownership to NovaReelOS or any third party.

Creators decide, per post:

  • ✓
    Downloads — whether others can download your media Default: OFF
  • ✓
    Reposts — whether your work can be reposted on NovaReelOS Default: OFF
  • ✓
    External Shares — whether your work can be shared to TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, or other platforms Default: ON
  • ✓
    Credit Required — whether reposts must attribute your name and profile Default: ON
  • ✓
    Non-Commercial Use — whether your work can be used free of charge by others Default: ON
  • ✓
    Commercial Use — whether brands or businesses can license your work for paid campaigns Default: OFF

If a creator enables "Credit Required":

  • All reposts must include the creator's display name and a link to their NovaReelOS profile
  • Automated attribution is applied by NovaReelOS when reposting within the platform
  • Manual attribution is the responsibility of the sharer for external shares

Creators may delete their content at any time. Upon deletion:

  • All active reposts of that content are automatically removed from the platform
  • Content is removed from discovery, feed, and profile pages within 24 hours
  • NovaReelOS does not retain copies of deleted content for platform use

NovaReelOS reserves the right to remove content that:

  • Violates community guidelines (harassment, hate speech, illegal content)
  • Infringes on third-party copyright or intellectual property
  • Poses a safety risk to users or the public

Removal of content by NovaReelOS does not affect the creator's ownership claim — it is a moderation action, not a rights transfer.

  • Creator profile data (name, email, niche, follower count) is used to operate the platform
  • NovaReelOS does not sell creator data to third parties
  • Creators may request a data export at any time by emailing support@novareelhub.com
  • Creators maintain control of their account access credentials
  • Earnings from brand partnerships are paid directly to the creator's designated payment method
  • NovaReelOS does not take a commission on creator earnings from direct brand deals facilitated on the platform
