Module 2

How You Earn

During your live streams, you read brand messages in 30-second or 60-second slots. Brands pay per slot, and you earn your share immediately after the stream. Rates start at $50 per 30-second read.

Brand Collaborations

Longer-form partnerships where you create custom content for a brand. These range from $100 to $500+ depending on scope, deliverables, and your audience size.

Bundle Packages

Combine LIVE reads, feed posts, and collabs into a single package for brands. Bundles command premium pricing ($250 to $2,000+) and demonstrate your versatility.

In-Stream Shop

Feature products during your live streams with direct purchase links. You earn a commission on every sale made through your stream, creating passive income during broadcasts.

Affiliate Commissions

Share products from the Nova Store on your profile or in your content. When your audience buys through your link, you earn a commission on the sale.

Module 3

Setting Up Your Profile

Your creator profile is your storefront. Brands evaluate you based on your profile before sending offers. Follow these five steps to make a strong first impression.

  • Complete your bio and avatar. Use a clear headshot and write a bio that describes your niche, content style, and audience. Keep it concise and professional.
  • Set your niche and content type. Select the categories that best describe your content. This helps brands find you through the discover page and marketplace filters.
  • Publish your first post. Upload at least one video to your feed. Brands want to see your content style before reaching out. Quality over quantity for your first post.
  • Configure your rates. Set pricing for each ad surface (LIVE, Feed, Collabs, Bundles). Research similar creators to set competitive rates, and adjust as you grow.
  • Set your availability and permissions. Configure your availability calendar so brands know when you can deliver. Review your content permission defaults for downloads, reposts, and commercial use.

Each ad surface has its own delivery process and best practices. Here is how to deliver professional results across all formats.

LIVE Ad Reads

Delivering ad reads during live streams requires preparation and natural delivery.

  • Review the brand brief before going live. Know the key talking points and any required language.
  • Practice the read out loud at least twice. Aim for natural, conversational delivery.
  • Schedule the read at a high-engagement moment, not the first or last minute of your stream.

Feed Sponsored Posts

Sponsored feed content should feel native to your style while meeting brand requirements.

  • Submit drafts for brand approval before publishing if the brief requires it.
