1 Overview

NovaReelOS is a creator-first platform that enables users to upload, publish, message, collaborate, and manage content — including demo reels, LIVE streams, and portfolio work. Our platform provides tools for creators and brands to connect, monetize, and grow their audiences through professional media workflows. By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use NovaReelOS. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the platform. NovaReelOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts held by users who misrepresent their age or who are not authorized to use the platform under applicable law.

3 Accounts

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify NovaReelOS immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or that are used in violation of these terms.

4 Content Ownership

You retain full and complete ownership of all content you upload, create, or share on NovaReelOS, including but not limited to videos, images, text, audio, and any associated metadata. NovaReelOS claims no ownership rights over your content. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and publish your content on the platform.

5 License to Host

By uploading content to NovaReelOS, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform and providing our services to you. This license does not give NovaReelOS the right to sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit your content outside of the platform without your explicit consent.

6 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use NovaReelOS to upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Uploading content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination against any individual or group
• Impersonation of any person or entity, including NovaReelOS staff
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems
• Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers without prior written permission from NovaReelOS
• Collecting or harvesting user data without consent

Violations of this section may result in immediate termination of your account and removal of prohibited content.

7 Payments & Monetization

Creators on NovaReelOS may earn revenue through multiple channels supported by the platform, including but not limited to tips, gifts, subscriptions, brand deals, and ad revenue sharing. All payouts are subject to the platform's revenue split model and require identity verification before processing. NovaReelOS reserves the right to withhold payouts if fraudulent activity, policy violations, or pending investigations are detected. Payout schedules, minimum thresholds, and payment methods are determined by the platform and may be updated at any time with reasonable notice to creators.

8 Termination

NovaReelOS reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms of Service, engaged in fraudulent activity, or acted in a manner that threatens the security or integrity of the platform or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, and we may remove or disable access to your content and data.

9 Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify users by posting a prominent notice on the platform or by sending an email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of NovaReelOS after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last updated.
