The Creator's Pledge — Our Promise to You
NovaReelOS was built by creators, for creators. This is our binding commitment to every creator on this platform. These rights are not suggestions — they are the foundation of everything we build.

You Earn What You Deserve
You earn 45% of every revenue stream your content generates — a unified split across all surfaces, above the industry standard of 0–30%. The 55% platform share funds the Ad Sales Engine, AI tools, safety, and global scale. We will never reduce creator revenue shares without 90 days' notice and creator vote.

You Control Who Advertises Around Your Content
You can block any brand, category, or industry from advertising alongside your content. Your values are not for sale to just anyone.

You Approve Every Brand Deal
No sponsored content runs on your channel without your explicit approval. We will never auto-place brands in your content or make deals on your behalf without consent.

You Cannot Be Silenced Without Cause
NovaReelOS practices legal-only moderation. We remove content only when required by U.S. law. Political opinions, controversial views, and minority perspectives are protected speech — not grounds for removal. If your content is actioned, you will always receive a reason and an appeals process.

You Will Never Be Shadowbanned
No hidden penalties. No secret suppression. If your content is restricted for any reason, you will receive a transparent explanation. Shadowbanning is a violation of these rights.

You Deserve Transparent Analytics
Every view, like, share, and dollar earned is reported accurately and in real time. We will never inflate or deflate your metrics without disclosure. Your data belongs to you.

You Can Leave Without Penalty
You can export all your content, data, and earnings history at any time. Leaving NovaReelOS does not forfeit your earned revenue. We will never hold your content hostage.

You Are Protected by Real DMCA Process
We handle DMCA takedown requests properly, with verification and counter-notice rights. We will not remove content based on bad-faith claims without giving creators a chance to respond.

You Have Access to Due Process
Any moderation action against your account can be appealed. Human review is available. No one loses access to their audience without a fair process.
Platform Commitments
- Never reduce creator revenue shares without 90-day notice + creator vote
- Never add new ad formats without creator opt-in first
- Never share your data with third parties without explicit consent
- Never throttle your reach without disclosing the reason
- Never delay your payouts beyond the stated payout cycle
Enforcement & Appeals
These rights are enforceable. If you believe NovaReelOS has violated any of these rights, you have the right to file a formal complaint. We will respond within 72 hours.
