NovaReelOS collects only the data necessary to provide our services:

  • Content data -- videos, images, captions, and metadata you upload
  • Usage data -- page views, interactions, feature usage (anonymized where possible)
  • Device data -- browser type, operating system, screen resolution
  • Communication data -- messages exchanged through our platform
  • Transaction data -- hire requests, brand partnerships, and related business interactions

5 Ad Preferences

NovaReelOS does not currently run personalized advertising. If we introduce ad features in the future, you will be able to manage your ad preferences here. Sponsored content from creators is labeled using the #sponsored tag and is not targeted based on your personal data.

6 Third-Party Data Sharing

We share data with the following categories of third parties, strictly as needed to operate the platform:

  • Infrastructure providers -- hosting, database, and CDN services (Render, Neon, R2)
  • Email services -- transactional email delivery
  • Analytics -- anonymized usage data for platform improvement
  • TikTok Events API -- conversion tracking for platform marketing (opt-in only)

We never sell your personal data. We never share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
